Colmar Apartment Rates

  • The above mentioned prices are for 4 people. Peak season: 560 € for 6 people, 510€ for 5 people, 490€ for 4 people and 450€ for up to 3 people. Shoulder season: 470€ for 6 people, 460€ for 5 people, 430€ for 4 people, 400€ for 3 people and 360€ for 2 people. Children under 2 stay for free. Electricity, water and heating are included in the price, along with internet connection.
  • Upon departure, the tenant must leave the apartment in the same clean condition as upon arrival. The trash container should be emptied, cleaned and the floors should be cleaned. All used devices and objects should be clean and picked up. Bathrooms and kitchens should be cleaned (fixtures, counter, bath and shower). Dishes and pans are clean in the cabinets or in the dishwasher (for a cycle before your departure). If the tenant does not want to do cleaning, the landlord can do this for a fee of € 50.
  • Kitchen laundry is available, but bed sheets and towels are not included in the rental price and can be brought with. However, the landlord can present these for a fee: bed sheets: € 7.50 per person, towels: € 3.50 people, final cleaning: € 50 per apartment.
