Fuerteventura Villa Summary

Located on the only golf course in Fuerteventura on 2nd line by the 17th tee. The pool is large (10m/4m/1.5m) and solar heated, lit at night with a poolside shower. There is a pool basketball hoop. The whole plot is south facing with young landscaped garden. The villa has gates all around for privacy. The pool is cleaned twice a week. In the villa you will find SKY TV, CD player, ceiling fans in all rooms, comfortable large kitchen fully equipped with microwave oven, hob and oven, washing machine, full set of cooking utensils, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, fridge freezer etc. There is an outdoor and indoor dining for 6. There is also a large private rooftop solarium for private sunbathing. All sun lounger’s have comfortable mattresses for your comfort. There is a maid service once a week. It is conveniently situated to the shopping centre and the beaches.

Our villa is located on Fuerteventura Golf Resort, across the road from lovely white sandy beaches and only minutes walk away from shops and restaurants. We are also minutes walk away from the Golf Club and Spa at the Sheraton Resort. The villa is very comfortable and will provide a lovely holiday in a quiet resort with lovely views of the Golf Course and the sea. Lovely breeze is always present although the pool is south facing which means that you will have the sun from dusk to dawn.

Fuerteventura Villa Details

Spa Facilities: These are available at the nearby Shearaton Resort Golf and Spa Hotel. Days pass is €30.00 and it allows access to the 3 swimming pools at the resort. There is also another Thelaso Spa at the resort near Caleta Centre.

Golf: Golf rates are aprox 45 euros per 18 holes. Golf club rental is 15 euros per day, golf club rental for the driving range is free, golf carts are extra. Las Salinas Golf Course next to Fuerteventura Golf Course is due to open in June 2006.
