Please also be aware that in Florida's winter months, the temperature on occasions can be in the 30's and 40's Fahrenheit. Electric pool heaters ( exchangers ) will not operate below 52 degrees F and the pool heater is rendered ineffective, and which the management company could not assist with. The owners would not be responsible in this situation. - Please note: Rentals of less than 5 nights will incur a cleaning cost of GB£40.00 / US$75.00.
