This unique villa is situated along US 27 in the Orange Tree Community and has a very nice lake view. The pool area (see picture) is surrounded by the lake. The villa features 4 bedrooms, 3 of them has TVs and one also DVD, and one TV in the living room, a nicely decorated living room, a kitchen and laundry. The bedrooms features nice coloured carpet and are nicely furnished. The bathrooms are provided with white cabinets. The kitchen is central situated has an isle on which you can eat. The kitchen nook features a round table with 6 chairs. The family room features two sofas with modern cocktail and side tables and another dining table with 6 chairs.

Booking Deposit (at time of booking) 30% of total rental price. Credit Card payments are accepted by Pay Pal! Security deposit (payable at time balance) is due 6 weeks price arrival $300,-- The balance of your payment along with Security Deposit is payable at least 6 weeks prior arrival.
  • The security deposit is a standard charge and will be refundable if no damage has been arisen during stay. There is a strict no smoking and pets are negotiable policy in the villa .If holiday dates required span more than one price zone enquiry owner for details. Daily rental rate is 1/7 of weekly rate for each day for holiday less than 14 nights. Two weeks before your Holliday we will send you 1) Directions to our villa 2) Lock box number for your villa key. 3) Management company telephone number and contact details in the villa for general information to make your stay an enjoyable one.

Notes: The villa has a big living, kitchen and separate study. Also very nice decorated with nice furnishing and lamps.Outside you enjoy a big garden, with pool astonishing views on lake. In summer en wintertime sun all day in pool and poolarea. In de Pool en the garden there you will have a lot off private. You can use the BBQ for free, you only have to clean it by your self. If you don't clean it we have to charge you $ 60,- for cleaning.

Security Deposit & Month rates: A refundable security deposit is charged of $ 300,--. We gladly ask you to use water and other utilities like you do at home. Don't leave the villa with all lights on and air conditioner high. Close doors after leaving the villa. We appreciate your efforts taking care of our villa as you take care of your own home! Also we have special month rates available, ask owner for more information.

Poolheating: App. 195 dollar a week. Ask owner for more information.

In the neighbourhood: In the neighbourhood you can play tennis , football, and basketball

Golf: There are a lot of golf courses in the neighbourhood, for instance Back Diamond Golf and Country Club and also the excellent golf courses of Walt Disney World Resort are great

Other Activities: Very close to Walt Disney World Resort and other tourist attractions
