Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- The rental price is for 2 people. For each extra person, we charge a € 5 fee / € 10 during Oktoberfest.
For short stay of up to 6 days, we charge a 10% fee.
For babies, we will provide a high chair and a Chicco crib including bedding and bedsheets - price of € 10 per booking. Upon booking, contract completion through the reservation confirmation through the landlord is a deposit of about 20% of the rental price. The remaining amount must be transferred two weeks before arrival, at latest to be paid in cash on arrival.
Returning guests receive special conditions!! - For a booking with less than 14 nights, we charge € 55 for the final cleaning.
WLAN: For time of the stay € 15.00. - For the rental, a security deposit of € 100 is due, which much be transferred two weeks before arrival with the rental price and it will be sent back to your account if the holiday home is left in a proper manner. You can receive the rental conditions on request.
