It is in the southwest of Ft. Myers (Summerlin Rd/Winkler Rd) in a small, cultivated Gated Community. Although very quietly situated{convenient}, nevertheless, it is central. There are purchasing possibilities, restaurants few autominutes deleted. The house is staying empty with heatable pool and jacuzzi, completely and very comfortably set up, open kitchen with all machines, food supply made easy. Beaches: Ft. Myers Beach counts as very fond of children, because the beach drops to the sea very softly. Here you can have everything what you wish, quiet beach places is to be mentioned without music and beach places with Lifemusik. here of the Lanai quay (almost always party). Very quietly and romantically the wonderful beaches of Sanibel and Captiva, a tip are for mussel collectors from all over the world. Almost always on all beaches dolphins are to be observed who come very near to the beaches and also swim between the bathing. A highlight.

Fort Myers: Ft. Myers offers for everybody something, no matter whether sport, spare time, places of interest. The city has a wonderful Old Town with very nice bars near the water.
