The 450 square meters of living space is divided into 5 bedrooms, 1 children's bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 large living and dining rooms with separate sitting area, 2 kitchens and a patio. The house is tastefully furnished and equipped, and offers a high level of comfort. You will find several terraces that are covered and free for relaxing on and spending many social hours and a roof terrace with a 360 degree panoramic view. The very attractive pool in a kidney shape with surrounding terrace and outdoor shower is equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Many terraces enjoy a wonderful view over the lagoon to the Atlantic. The land (6000 sqm) has lawns, palm trees and tropical plants, and has 2 brick barbecue facilities. On the roof terrace is another gas grill. The entrance has an automatic gate and there are 2 carports.

The villa is very centrally located and is the ideal starting point to explore the Algarve. To the most southern point of Europe is about 45 minutes and even to Seville, one of the most beautiful and interesting cities, you only need 2 hours, the ideal day trip. The next beach (12 km long) is 3 minutes away by car and the Algarve shopping centre with its approximately 50 stores, large supermarkets and about 30 restaurants, is only 7 minutes away.

Golf: The Algarve currently has over 32 golf courses, many of them belong to the best in Europe; the Salgados course is just around the corner.
