- There is 1 reading room/TV room with access to a 16 m² large balcony, 2 patios, 2 bathrooms and a completely equipped eat-in kitchen. The idyllic location of Großhart offers a lot of relaxation. A 13 hectare swimming pond is located within walking distance. Bad Waltersdorf, the closest spa, is located a 5 minute drive away. Distance from Graz is about 35 minutes, about 1 hour drive to Vienna. The house is located in a quiet location on a small private street far from the sound of traffic. Shopping facility 1 minute away, milk and eggs can be purchased from the farmers, a 15 minute walk will take you to the ostrich farm. In addition to a sport and active vacation, there is also a lot of quietness and relaxation! Breakfast can be prepared if requested (for a fee).
