- Personel welcome. We speak English, French and German. Our contact person is on place and will provide you a tour of the property and answer all questions. For any queries, she will rest at your disposal during your stay with us.
- Arrival and delivery of the keys after individual agreement. Balance payment due on arrival in cash (Euros), if not made in advance via bank transfer or credit card payment (Mastercard and VISA). The rental deposit (500 Euros) can be made upon arrival as euro-denominated traveller checke or via credit card.

- The apartment sleeps up to 4 persons and provides sufficient space and privacy for all inhabitants. It has been opened for rent only since December 2007. It is in perfect condition and newly renovated. Unique craftwork and tasteful decoration create a cosy atmosphere. There are two separate bed rooms and one American kitchen with eating place. All rooms are spacious and each bed room is equipped with one double bed of 1,40 meter width (55 inch) and 2,00 meter length (80 inch). During the day they serve as additional and decorative seating accommodations. The living- / bedroom is light during day due to its big windows and cosy by night with its seating corner next to the fire place. The other bed room has an additional office corner with telephone and internet access as well as television. The apartment provides one shower / WC. It has a quite orientation to the inner courtyard of the building.

Paris romantic: In the heart of Paris, hand in hand on river banks of Seine, walking in the most charming districts of Paris. Roaming through the alleys of the Seine islands, visiting old housing interiors. Museums, restaurants, cafés and design-quarters of Paris all around the accommodation. By boat on river Seine or by bicycle (rental in front of the house). Paris for lovers of all types!

Date Submitted: January 17, 2008 Date of Stay: January 2008 My daughters and I rented this apt. last minute over New Years holiday. It was Wonderful! The owners were very friendly and responsive via email and Sabine, the landlady, was very helpful and prompt at checkin & checkout. The location is Great!! One block from Notre Dame on the Isle d'Cite--you couldn't pick a better location. Very close to everything you'd want to see. The apt. is decorated nicely, is very comfortable, very well maintained, and a great layout. Perfect for 4 people (2 double beds) in 2 bedrooms. On first floor with a view of the courtyard from both bedrooms. I will stay here again and again!! Recommended for: Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Romantic Getaway, and Sightseeing
Other Activities: Walking and bicycling in Paris, jogging, roller blading and In-line skating on Seine river banks, bike rental in front of the house, wellness spa 1 km
