Brief Description: This newly remodeled, two bedroom home is on Bozeman's north side, just a short walk from the all the shopping and restaurants of downtown. The home is about 1300 square feet, all on one level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms: There are two bedrooms in the home. The master bedroom is tastefully decorated with a queen size bed, and a small writing desk if you must still work while on vacation! The master bedroom has a large private bath with tub and shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, plus a single bed. The second full bath is in the hall just outside this bedroom. There is an extra long clawfoot tub?perfect for an evening soak after your day?s adventures!

Kitchen/Dining area: This kitchen has everything you could need! It really is quite beautifully designed, with stainless steel counters, a gas range, microwave, dishwasher and all the cooking and serving ware for nearly any type of meal. The dining table seats up to six comfortably. The home is very open between the kitchen, dining area and living room?perfect for chatting with the cook!

Living room: This comfortable living room is a great place to gather after a day of exploring Yellowstone Park, Bozeman, or wherever you choose to go. There is plenty of seating and a woodstove for those chilly evenings. There is a TV, VCR and basic satellite service at the home.

Outdoor amenities: The home has a nicely fenced back yard with lovely landscaping. There is outdoor seating and a grill for those outdoor meals?perfect for a summer barbecue! Parking is available out on the street, or there is one space off the alley at the back of the home.

Services available: The rental rate includes an end of stay cleaning. For guests who stay two weeks or more, a weekly cleaning will be done. Additional housekeeping, as well as bike rentals, catering service, and grocery shopping can be arranged with a bit of prior notice.

Activities nearby: Walk to downtown to browse the galleries and shops, and sample the great dining available. Outdoor recreation of all sorts is just a short drive away ? try whitewater rafting, horseback riding, hiking, biking, fishing. Yellowstone National Park is 1.5 hours away. There is so much to do!

Location: Northside Bungalow is five blocks from Bozeman's fun downtown area. Bozeman's Gallatin Field is about a fifteen minute drive from the home. Livingston is about a 30 minute drive from the home. There are two entrances to Yellowstone Park approximately 1.5 hours from the home.

Other details: No smoking is allowed in the home. No pets are allowed on the property or in the home without prior written approval from Mountain Home. There is a private phone and a washer and dryer. All Mountain Home properties have fully equipped kitchens, and include good quality kitchen, bath and bed linens, and staples like paper goods, laundry, dish and hand soaps.
