Brief Description: This beautiful cedar sided home on the Bridger Creek Golf course is located in a upscale neighborhood just minutes from downtown. It has three bedrooms and lots of living space. It is close enough to head to town for dinner with the feel of being out in the country.

Bedrooms and baths: The home has three bedrooms and two and half baths. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and doors out to the deck to enjoy your morning cup of coffee. The master bathroom is extraordinary, with a fireplace, deep jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The other two bedrooms each have a double bed and share a bathroom. There is also a half bath off of the living room. The house can accommodate up to six guests.

Kitchen: This fully equipped kitchen has top of the line appliances and amenities. It has absolutely everything you will need for any meal you have planned. There is a nice selection of cookware, serving ware and a good spice cabinet as well. Out on the deck you will find a gas barbecue grill and seating for those outdoor meals.

Dining area: The dining area adjoins the kitchen, with a dining table that seats four. There is extra seating at the bar in the kitchen, and also right outside on the patio.

Living room: This home has two great seating areas. One seating area has two cozy chairs in front of the gas-fired river rock fireplace. The adjoining area is set up for evening entertainment with a big screen TV, DVD player, etc.

Setting, acreage, views: Fairway View is located on the Bridger Creek Golf course in a quiet upscale neighborhood just outside of town. The views from the back are across a couple of the greens of the golf course. On the other side of the golf course is a small ranch with a herd of bison sometimes grazing within sight.

Services available: The rental rate includes a weekly cleaning. Additional housekeeping, as well as catering services, and grocery shopping, can be arranged with a bit of prior notice.

Activities nearby: Enjoy hiking and mountain biking in the nearby Bridger Mountains, fishing, golf, white water-rafting, horseback riding and all that the towns of Bozeman and Livingston have to offer.

Closest town and airport: It's about 15 minutes to Bozeman's Gallatin Field airport.

Other details: There is plenty of guest parking room in the driveway. The garage is not available as it has owner belongings in it. There is a telephone at the home for guests to use for local calls. Please arrange to have credit card or calling card for long distance calls. No smoking is allowed in the home. No pets are allowed on the property or in the home without prior written approval from Mountain Home.

The home has a laundry room with a washer and dryer. All Mountain Home properties have fully equipped kitchens, and include good quality kitchen, bath and bed linens, and staples like paper goods, laundry, dish and hand soaps.
