- 30% of the estimated rent is due as advance payment with the acceptance of the renting period. 50% of the security deposit is retained in case of cancellation of the rent contract within two weeks before the start of the rental. The deposit is not refunded in case of a cancellation within one week before the start of the rental.

- The bath as well as the WC are newly renovated and are therefore of the most modern sanitary engineering. The shower cubicle has glass walls and a beautiful mirror illuminated on the back hangs over the designer wash basin. For those who are grumpy in the mornings, there is a separate switch which discreetly illuminates only the wash basin and the shower. There is a washing machine as well as a facility to hang the laundry for drying in the bath. The towel heater, which preheats and dries the towels in winter is also convenient.
