The case of interruption during the stay are 100 percent of the contract price to pay. The same applies to adoption of a special offer by the tenant.
No refund for bookings of holiday seasons.
No repayment is in the circumstances of the landlord is not responsible, such as bad weather, construction activities in the resort, etc.
