For 5 bed- and 5 bathrooms: normal season € 2'350, low season € 1'580 (max. 12)
For 7 bed- and 7 bathrooms: normal season € 2'900, low season € 1'900 (max. 15 + 1 child)
Prices 2013:
For a booking of the larger part of the house plus a 5th bed- and 5th bathroom plus the second sleeping gallery (in the 5th room), the following prices will be charged: €2200 (low season), €3200 (normal season), respectively €3900 (high season).
For a booking of the entire house with a living space of 330m², 7 bed- and 7 bathrooms, 2 sleeping galleries with max. 15 guests (+ max. one additional child), the following prices apply: low season €2600, shoulder season €3600, and high season €4400..
Arrival Saturday from 5 pm, departure before 10 am - Utilities:
- Bed linen small and large towels €10/person/set.
- Final cleaning €90 (larger part of the house), €120 (larger part of the house plus 5th bedroom/bathroom) €150 (entire house).
- Gas for heating during the winter season, about €15-40/day (depending on the climate and the part of the house/entire house). - IMPORTANT!!
For the season 2013, we only accept bookings of the entire house until the end of February 2013 (up to 15 persons plus max. one additional child) . If after February 2013 there are still single weeks not booked during the season 2013, it is also possible to only rent the larger part of the house (up to 8 persons) or the larger part of the house plus a 5th bedroom/bathroom (up to 10/12 persons).

- Casa Pasqualin can be divided depending on the amount of guests. At least the bigger part of the house with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms will be rented for 8 guests (or 10 guests with the additional sleeping gallery). If you want to stay with 10 up to 12 persons, an additional double bedroom and a bathroom can be rented. If 10 up to 12 guests stay in the house, the entire house with 2 additionally bedrooms, an additional sleeping gallery and an additional kitchen is rented. No matter if you rent only rent the bigger part or the entire house, you can enjoy the entire property with swimming pool, all terraces, sitting areas and bread baking oven during the entire length of the stay and without having to share with other guests. The swimming pool is open from the time it is not necessary to heat inside the house anymore, i.e. from beginning of May/end of October.
