- We require a refundable security deposit of £200 per week, subject to there being no damage or loss to the property.
A discount of 5% is offered for two consecutive weeks being booked by the same party (during HIGH SEASON).
Payment can be made by Cheque/Bank Transfer.

Pool (solar heated) Open from 25th May 2013 to 27th Sept 2013 inclusive. - Changeover day - Saturday. Arrive after 4pm, depart by 10am.
Beds are made up for your arrival.
All linen, towels & electricity are included in the price.
The property should be left in the condition you found it, a charge of £50 may be deducted from the deposit if any additional cleaning is necessary.
A mid week clean is available with/without change of linen at a small surcharge. A change of linen is provided for 2 week stays.
English speaking caretakers ‘on call’ close by. - Holiday Exchange/Swap: We are always interested in visiting other countries so if you have a property and would be interested in a swap then please don't hesitate to contact us.
