Electricity and gas are included in the prices, along with internet usage, SAT-TV, usage of the washing machine. High chair and rental toys are provided free of charge. A security deposit of € 200 is due in cash on arrival and before arrival, one third of the rental price is to be transferred in order to fix the booking.

- A third adult or two children can sleep on the comfortable day bed in the living room. The sleeping area with a double bed is separated from the living room by a curtain in order to not disrupt the loft-like character of the room (40 m²). The entire apartment has a southern-location and is thus very well-lit. There are blinds for darkening for the windows that were newly installed in 2007 and were equipped with sound-proof insulating glass.
