The house was finished at the beginning of 2005 and is thus in excellent condition. Maximum booking: 6 people. Furnishing: The house has a large 'kitchen-living room' with 60m² and three other bedrooms! The rooms are individually and lovingly furnished. In addition to this there is a large, attached patio under shady palm trees, a large superb balcony, a precious garden and in front there is an endless, white sand beach that you can hike on for hours. There are also a lot of local shops nearby. 5 minutes by foot and you will reach a Buddhist temple that is worth seeing. 15 minutes away is a lagoon - a true oasis of tranquillity. Hikkadduwa, as a tourist centre, is about 3 km away - it is a beautiful hike along the beach to the tourist centre!

Hikkaduwa was once a small fishing village before it was discovered by hippies and travelers. Hikkaduwa is located 99 km south of Colombo on the south-west coast. You need about 4 hours to get to Hikkaduwa from the airport. Also the largest travel agencies have discovered Hikkaduwa.
