Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- The rates are applicable for 1-2 persons per night. Each extra person is charged an additional 10 € per night. Bed linen, towels as well as dish towels are provided and are inclusive in the rate. Flat-rate of 30 € for final cleaning. We take a security deposit of 200 €, which we refund to you by hand-over on the day of departure. Your booking is obligatory for both parties, once you pay an advance of 50% of the rent agreed upon. The remaining balance has to be paid when you enter the apartment.

from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM € 15, from 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM € 30
We cannot accept any checks, debit or credit cards. - parking incluisve.
Over holydays or long weekends the flat can be rented for the weekend price. Over New Year minimum 5 nights and 4 people. - Termination:
- up to 49 days before rental period: 10 % of rental price
- up to 35 days before rental period: 30 % of rental price
- up to 21 days before rental period: 60 % of rental price
- up to 14 days before rental period: 90 % of rental price
- otherwise (less than 14 days before rental period) 100 % of rental price.
