Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- We have two seasons: low and high.
Cost for the house per week is 900 Euro in the low season and 1300 Euro in the high season. - Rental cost include: bed and household linen, towels. A damage deposit of two week's rent against damage or breakages is payable when you arrive. A receipt will be given to you. The cheque will be cancelled after the house has been cleaned and provided that there are no breakages and that the accommodation is left reasonably clean and tidy. Maintenance cost (water, gas, waste, electricity, heating etc) are not included and cost 140 Euro/ week (80 Euro from May 1st to September 1st). Final cleaning: 80 Euro.
