The vacation homes are all furnished the same. They are located offset from each other so that the guests do not disrupt each other. Every house has its own sunny garden area and is separated optically from the others through a plant-fence by the entrance. The parking spaces are found on the access route to the houses. You will feel like you are in the southern Mediterranean through your blue house door and blue wood lays, Mediterranean plants like bananas, oleanders, rosemary, lilacs, roses, colourfully planted flower tubs and the chirping of countless crickets. From the houses you can see a pasture for horses and a large Indian tepee - you can walk past these and it will take you directly into the forest and into the gorge trail. The property is optimal for families and pairs or groups that want to go on vacation together, but still want to have their private space. Children and pets can play undisrupted and without danger, because the street going to the city is far away.

9. Indian Tepee: €60/day/night without wood, €35 for house guests.
10. Horses upon prior arrangements €19/night.
11. Farmer's breakfast with reservation €12,90/person, prepared in house.
12. Small riding school for children and parents (€26/hour –up to 2 kids).
13. Crib, high chair, children's sitting area free.
14. Payment: 30% payment upon contract conclusion, balance & deposit d14 days before arrival.
15. Internet €10/we - Cancellation:
withdrawal from contract up to 45 days before the rental term: 10% of the rental price, withdrawal up to 30 days before the rental term: 50% of the rental price, withdrawal up to 15 days before the rental term: 80% of the rental price.

The house gets a cottage flair through the beautiful tiles in Mediterranean colours and the wash-room from the company Villeroy & Boch and the white blinds that decorate a large window that floods the room with light and ventilates it well. Your can bring your own towels or you can rent them with us.

- The bedroom on the ground floor is furnished with 1 double bed, two night stands, 1 large dresser with a mirror and 1 chair. All of the furniture is made of light, solid wood pine and thus ideal for those with allergies. All beds have boil-proof allergy-free bed sheets. Red cotton carpet on rustic tiling, long white cotton curtains, tasteful pictures, light fir wood doors, the natural wooden deck and salt lamps give the room a comfortable ambiance and comfortable room. From the bed you will look through walled wooden-window doors directly to the garden and you can also get to the garden through these. The bedroom on the top floor will become your favourite place with two single beds and night stands made entirely of pine, the sleeper sofa, colourful pictures, the wooden ceiling reaching to the tip of the roof, white curtains and atmospheric salt lamps. A place to sleep is found on the gallery where you can pull out a sofa bed.

The living-dining room is furnished with a sitting corner made up of a comfortable sleeper sofa, a couch table, 2 rattan chairs & 1 standing lamp. The dining corner is made up of an extending table w/tablecloth & 6 rattan chairs, shoe rack & coat hooks are found in the entrance area. 12 piece dish, utensils, glasses (12 wine, 6 champagne, 12 juice), table sets & a Provençal tablecloth for the garden table are stored in the cabinet and bureau. Decoration objects like candle holders, lanterns, high quality pictures, carpets on rustic tiles and full-length curtains, together with the crackling fire in the pellet oven, provide for a comfortable atmosphere. The kitchen includes a toaster, coffee machine, hand mixer, water and egg cooker, baking molds & all necessary cooking & baking utensils. Kitchen towels are available. No pets are allowed in house 3 & 4, because it is reserved for those allergic to animal hair. Pets are welcome in house 1 and 2.
