As we (private owners) use the house, too, the equipment is excellent. Rates in US $/week 2 adults +2 kids to 12: USD1580 - USD1850 or EUR1150 - EUR1350. Please find a detailed price list under the link to us all the way down on the right side where you can see virtual tours also. Minimum 2 weeks stay is required during Easter and Christmas. Maximum occupation: 6 adults plus 2 children. Rate includes: Bedding, hand-, shower- and beach towels, service for pool and garden, garbage collection, basic charge for TV and telephone, local calls, water, gas (grill), W-LAN high-speed Internet access, service of bilingual property manager (German and English). Cleaning charge: $130 up to 2 people, 2 people $150 to be paid to the property manager. Electricity: $25 per week is already included in the rental rate
- Minimum 2 weeks stay and seasonal price increase of 20% is required during Easter and Christmas.
- Boat: A Chapparal 25.3 ft. - 285 HP 5.7 l Volvo Penta or a Chapparal 26.2 ft. - 280 HP 5.7 l Volvo Penta can be rented from Cape Escape Boat Rental. You get a contract via us. The boats are insured, which is confirmed in the contracts. Please ask for details.

The great room has a sunny Mediterranean Caribbean atmosphere due to the location to the south, open built style, the colours and the interior. High standard furnishing and decoration express the Caribbean style. The stunning ceiling fan is equipped with palm blades. It gently mixes the air already cooled down by the A/C. The high cathedral ceiling gives a special touch and ambience. In the built-in entertainment centre, you find a Cable-TV, Audio System with CD and DVD. You can play American as well as German DVDs. The loudspeakers for the great room, for the lanai and for the whirlpool can be controlled individually. Cable access is provided on each telephone jag. W-LAN High-speed Internet access via cable (Road Runner High Speed Online) is available free of charge. Board games, parlour games and playing cards are available for your recreational pleasures. Huge sliding doors to the pool area grant you an unobstructed view above the terrace and the pool to the Canal.
