Our villa is located in Cape Coral on the west coast of Florida. The Gulf of Mexico and the southern areas make possible a year long seaside vacation. Cape Coral directly adjoins Fort Myers and has a particularly attractive character because of its many canals. The 11 Ar property is located on a less frequented side street in a residential area with single-family homes of the upper middle class. Contingent upon a good transport connection, the international airport is barely 30 minutes away. Boaters have direct access to the Gulf of Mexico from the house. Golf and tennis courts are numerously available in the vicinity. The beautiful beaches of Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel Island are at an almost 30 minutes driving distance. You can find large shopping malls in the nearby neighbourhood at Del Prado or the Veterans Parkway. Numerous shopping possibilities are also offered in Fort Myers along the U.S. 41.

- The rent is for 2 persons. Each extra person is charged 50 € per week. 2 children till the age of 12 can stay free of cost. The rent is inclusive of the 11% Florida tax. At Christmas and Easter, the seasonal price increase amounts to 10% and the minimum rent period to 2 weeks. Local calls as well as internet-usage is cost-free. German home management on site.

- The Master suite is accommodated in a separate wing of the house. It is spatially separated from the other bedrooms through the living area and consists of its own sleeping area with a double bed (ca. 200 x 200 cm) and the very lavish bath area. Airy, light and bright is the character of the 2nd bedroom. From here, one has direct access to the terrace through a large sliding door and one can enjoy the beautiful sunrise in the morning. The 3rd bedroom is also king-size and has a directly accessible bath with shower and WC. The bookworms find various readings in German or English in the reading room. If required, it can also be used as a 4th bedroom. Beside the air-conditioners, ceiling fans are also provided in all bedrooms.

The vacation home offers maximum comfort to six adults with its décor. All bedrooms have TV, radio and telephone as well as a ceiling fan at their disposal besides a bath of their own with shower/WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 plated stove with cerium parboiling field, self-cleaning furnace, microwave, dish-washer, fridge-freezer with ice-maker, coffee machine, mixer and toaster. A large gas grill is made available on the terrace. Please note that in comparison to other houses, ours have spacious terraces and pool areas. At ca. 170 sqm every guest finds, even with maximum occupancy, a place in the sun here. Who seeks the shadows is also in good hands with ca. 30 sqm of roofed over terrace area. The swimming pool is solar heated, the whirlpool is electrically heated. Four bicycles, beach loungers and chairs, cool box, toys and fishing rods are made available cost free to the guests.
