Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Electricity, water consumption, wood for the chimney, and cleaning at end of stay are all included in the price. So are clean linen and sheets. We would appreciate to use the airco with care, as it consumes a lot of energy when left running uninterupted for long periods of time. You don´t have to bring your own towel, as shower, bath, and oversized beach towel are ALL INCLUDED, one set for each person.
- Check-in upon arrival possible as of 3 pm. Check-out on departure day please until 10 am.
- The minimum stay normally is 1 week, with the changeover day being Saturday. During the low season, if available, different changeover days are possible, as well as shorter than full week requests. Please request this by email, and we will do anything possible to accommodate to your needs.

- Since 2007 we are continuously upgrading and modernising the house following our guests´ suggestions: we have added two hammocks to the house and we now include in the price free towels for home and beach. If you bring a toddler with you, we will provide you with a toddler´s bed and linenes. Especially, we like to mention that cleaning of house at end of stay is included in the price. We have added broadband internet connection (WIFI wireless), free of charge. We, the owners, are focused on offering you a fabulous holiday experience through peerless service. Maximum comfort and no hassle, nor surprises - this is our philosophy! Air Conditioning is also included (operated separately upstairs and downstairs). However, please be aware that the airco consumes a lot of electricity, and in the interest of a sustainable environment please use with care (i.e.: do not let it run 24h per day, don't run it when all doors and windows open, etc.). Thank you for your understanding.

- Master bedroom leads to terrace with a view of the Pyrenees mountains. Bed linen, sheets, and duvets are all supplied. We supply all towels - for the home as well as for the Beach. Guests need not bring any own towels. Baby cod plus linen and sheets as well as a diaper bin is available upon request, free of charge. A desk to work is available in the master bedromm. Free Wireless (WIFI) connection; please bring your own laptop.
