Siofok Apartment Summary

Caesar apartments and rooms are situated in the city center of Siofok only 2 walking minutes from downtown and 200m away from Lake Balaton and sailing boat harbour. Coca-Cola Beach House is only 4-5 minutes away. The holiday house contains apartments for 2, 4 6 people and three double rooms and 3 rooms for 4 people on three stories. On the ground floor you can shop in our grocery store. Right next to the house we also own a restaurant (pizzeria). All the apartments contain a bathroom, kitchenette, balcony and TV set. The rooms are all brand new with TV, bathroom and fridge.

Siofok Apartment Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Our rates include: the usage of water, gas, electricity, bed linen, kitchen usage, in summer the usage of air-conditioning (in the big apartment). Only city tax is extra: Euro 1,5/day/adult. In high season (12.7.-23.8.) booking is possible for at least 5 nights. When you want to book 30 % deposit is required via bank transfer. We pay it back only when you tell off your reservation 2 month in advance. We do not take over the cost of transfer. Arrival from 2 pm and departure till 10 am. At arrival you have to sign a registration form and our house rules. No towels. Pets allowed: Euro 5/day. The rental along with the city tax must be paid at arrival. We do not pay the rental back after you have arrived at the house.
