Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Payment:
A 25% deposit, minimum of £100, in advance to secure the booking. Balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to the start of your stay for 'standard' period bookings, and 45 days prior to the start for all other booking periods. Cancellations may be made 45 days or more from the arrival date, and any monies paid will be refunded minus any bank and foreign exchange fees. In the event of a cancellation within 45 days, deposit and balance payments are non-refundable.
Days Rates
Week day rates apply Monday to Thursday nights except for bank holidays. Weekend rates apply Friday to Sunday nights and for bank holidays.
Parking:
An additional charge of £20 per day for using the basement car parking space (one vehicle only - maximum height 2m).
Housekeeping Service
Clean towels and sheets are provided. For stays greater than 7 days, towels and sheets are replenished weekly, and the apartment is cleaned weekly. More frequent housekeeping can be arranged at a cost of £65/day.
