A refundable security and breakages deposit of £200 is payable at time of booking
There is a one off final cleaning charge of £75, regardless of length of stay. This is payable at time of booking - Solar heating for the pool and spa is included in the rental. Additional electric heating is available at £60 per week. (Ideal for keeping an even temperature in the cooler months). This is payable at time of booking.
- Discounts are available for stays of 3 weeks or longer and for last minute or early bookings.

- Master en-suite has a walk-in roman shower and corner Jacuzzi bath with a long marble topped his and hers vanity unit and a hair dryer. Guest en-suite has a large shower, twin vanity and a hair dryer. The third bathroom which can also be accessed from the pool has a large shower and twin vanity. Each bathroom is stocked with ample additional towels and included is a large supply of beach towels.

- Full changes of linen is provided for each bed. The master suite has direct pool access, a flat screen TV with cable and DVD player and a walk in closet. The large second guest suite also has direct pool access and a flat screen TV with cable and generous closet space. The spacious third bedroom has two single beds, a flat screen TV with cable and use of the family bathroom. A large closet and cathedral ceilings. The den or study with cable TV, DVD and CD players has a double sofa bed which may be used for an occasional overnight stay but is not suitable for a full rental. This can be useful for our long stay winter guests.
