Rottach-Egern House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- High Season:
From 1 May-30 September, 16 December-15 January
€ 500 per night for up to 6 people, every additional person € 50 per night up to max 10 people. Bedlinen and towels included.
Low Season:
From 1 October-15 December, 16 January-30 April
€ 400 per night up to 6 people, every additional person € 50 per night up to max 10 people. Bedlinen and towels included.
Minimum Stay:
High Season 7 nights, Low Season 3 nights, arrival day: any day of the week
Additional Costs:
Cleaning on check out € 250, interim cleaning for longer stays, € 150 each 7 days
Booking conditions:
Payment of 50% to secure booking
Balance due 60 days before arrival
90 days plus, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged
Between 60-90 days, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged
Less than 60 days an 80% cancellation fee will be charged
