Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Rate includes WiFi, free local telephone calls, water, electric, linens and towels. All bookings subject to State and County Tax at the current rate 11.5% and an exit cleaning fee of £95
  Reservation deposit for bookings of up to 2 weeks = £300 & is non refundable in the event of cancellation. Deposit £400 for bookings of one month or more & same rules apply. Balance of rental is to be received by owner no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival at the property. In addition there is a £300 security deposit which will be refunded within 30 days of your vacating the property, provided that no missing items, damage or excessive electricity or water usage is reported by property manager. Payment accepted by Bank Transfer, bank fees to be paid by remitter via deduction from security deposit. cheque in GBP, USD, preferred method Cashier Cheque or Money Order, PayPal is accepted the fee will be added to the rental cost. Cancelled personal cheques will be refunded after a 35 day waiting period.
• Deposit or full payment along with completed Rental Agreement must be received by us within 7 days of an agreed booking.
  Christmas 2013 - 22nd December - 5th January 2014 = £700 per week - £100 per night
  Easter 2014 12th April - 26th April 2014 = £700 per week - £100 per night
