We offer a range of extra facilities, which are available for hire through our office 'Happy Holiday Homes' in Menaggio: Cot Hire - EU 20 per week, High Chair - EU 15 per week, Push Chair - EU 25 per week, Camp Bed – EU 85 per week, Wi-Fi or USB Internet Stick - EU 35 per week (includes EU 10 consumable credit). Please note that signal and connectivity is not guaranteed and may depend on the strength of the signal in your rental property.
Making a booking:
To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our on line booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival. - Calendar Updates:

A spiral staircase from the living room leads guests up to an open plan second bedroom area with double bed which is positioned on the galleried landing. To reach a 3rd closed bedroom with twin single beds, it is necessary to walk through the open 2nd bedroom area. A second modern bathroom with shower is also situated on this floor for guest’s convenience. This upstairs area benefits from the lovely chalet style, high sloping warm honey coloured beamed ceilings which still benefit from a lot of natural light through Velux windows.
