DEPOSITS AND EXTRA CHARGES.
To secure a booking we ask for a 25% deposit. Full payment is required at least one month before arrival or on booking if sooner.
Payments can be made via transfer or through our paypal payment system. Business Paypal is very secure, no credit card details are taken by ourselves, you don't have to be a member of paypal you just pay our invoice we send on line. We don't pass on any extra paypal fees!
Rental above is based on TWO ADULTS. We charge an extra £10 per night for up to 2 further guests, maximum of £40 per week.
Change over fee is £60 per visit, to be added to the rate above.
Security deposit £200.
CHECK-IN/OUT: Details are emailed once we have received your deposit to confirm your booking. Standard check in is from 15.30 until 19.00 on the day of arrival. Late check-ins can be accommodated and possibly early check-ins depending on the booking before. Check out is by 10.00 on the d - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Unfortunately provisional bookings can only be held for 48 hours.
NO parties, No pets, No outdoor shoes in the flat, slippers are provided for the adults!
Person booking must be 25 years or older.
The apartment must be left tidy, with all crockery washed. Any excess cleaning will be deducted from the damages deposit.
Damage deposit will be transferred back within 48 hours, as long as details have been received.
We do not hold any responsibility for guests own possessions, we highly recommend you obtain travel insurance. - CANCELLATION FEES.
Cancellation fees depend on notice given and are as follows:
More than 55 days prior to arrival 25% of the total sum.
30-55 days prior to arrival 50%of total sum.
Less than 30 days prior to arrival 100% of total sum.
Rental deposit non-refundable. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance with cancellation cover.
