- On the 3rd levels there are an en suites connected to the master bedrooms. The second bathroom services bedrooms 2 and 3 on the one house and 6& 7 on the other house on the first level. There is an additional bathroom in the self contained apartment which is an en suite to the bedroom. Two sets of bathrooms towels are supplied per person as well as other essentials such as toilet paper.

- The master bedrooms which has a king sized bed is privately situated on its own levels complete with private en suites. It features a private balcony with views over the gardens and uninterrupted sea views. Bedrooms 2,5,6 and 3 which have double beds are located together on the 1st level of each villa complete with access to a shared bathroom. Bedroom 2 & 5 has its own balcony with views while bedroom 3 & 6 doesn't have access to a balcony and has bars on the windows making it suitable for younger children. All bedrooms feature air-conditioning, cupboard space and wooden floors.Bedroom 4 have an ensuite and separate kitchen and living room
