3. A security/reservation deposit of £200/$300 is then required to be paid either by BACs payment or cheque. The second payment (50%) will be due 60 days prior to arrival, the remaining 50% to be paid 14 days prior to arrival. Late bookings will be required to pay amount in full if within the 60 days.
The security/reservation deposit will be returned in full within 14 days of departure, provided Terms & Conditions have been met. - Preferred changeover day is Saturday, but this can be flexible.

The sitting room is beautifully presented with a sofa and arm chair, flat screen TV, music system and bar stools for chatting to the chef in the open kitchen. A well equipped, modern kitchen awaits you containing everything you will need for a perfect holiday. Large American fridge/freezer with ice maker, electric hob and oven. Microwave and coffee maker. Plenty of utensils and cookware. Nearby,but hidden away, is an American washer/dryer. French doors lead out to the dining area with a wonderful glass topped coral dining table and six chairs. Large sideboard for serving your guests, and soft lighting to create a soothing atmosphere. The most appealing area though is the large wrap-around sofa on the terrace overlooking the marina, surrounded by lush tropical plants and Caribbean shutters. Sitting in the evening sipping your Rum Punch, watching the sun set over Port St. Charles with the lights twinkling in the peaceful lagoon is a magical experience which will not be forgotten.
