- Additional information about rental rates:
•Displayed prices per property per night for 6 people. Additional guests prices may vary between 35 and 45 euros depending on the season. Babies and kids 3 years old stay for free.
Cleaning fee of 90€ additional to rental should be paid on arrival. Clean towels and linens are provided and general cleaning done previous to entering the apartment. One free of charge cleaning if you stay longer than a week stay.
A 300€ damage deposit is payable on arrival.
For Groups of 6-8 people 1 free transfer from Airport in August 2013.

28 Dec. to 9 Jan. : Christmas Hol. : + 20% - min. 5 nights
25 Feb. to 2 Mar. : Mobile WC : + 40% - min. 5 nights
1 to 9 Apr. : Easter : + 20% - min. 4 nights

22 Dec. to 7 Jan. 2013 : Christmas/new - Reservation:
A 25% of total rental amount should be paid through bank transfer in order to reserve the apartment. The rest of the payment is due in cash on the day of your arrival, 75% of total amount plus 300€ damage deposit.
Arrival
The apartment will be available from 15:00hrs, but we will always try our best to accommodate earlier arrivals.
Departure
Departures are at 11:00hrs or before. If you require a later departure we will try to accommodate you, providing our next arrival is not early the same day.
Cancellation:
•Please note that the 25% reservation deposit for all reservations is non-refundable and non-transferable.
•If the client cancels a fully paid reservation, there is a cancellation charge that will depend on the number of days before the beginning of the rental period.
