Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
The price includes: all facilities including central heating, wi fi connection, one change of bed
and bath linen, final cleaning and taxes. Should you have rented S. Tomà for more than 1 week, the
house will be cleaned on Saturday and the linen will be changed.
Extra: private open air car park € 50,00
Conditions of payment: 30% of the rent is due at the moment of the booking by bank transfer or by Pay Pal, free of any charges, the other half upon arrival by cash. You are also asked to fill, sign and send me by fax or e mail the rental and booking conditions form which I will send you if you are interested in renting the apartment. Important notice: (European bank transfer should be free of charge if you make a SEPA transfer).- Security deposit: Upon arrival we ask our guests to make a security deposit of EUR 150,00 in cash ($ and GBP are also accepted). At the end of the stay the deposit will be returned, unless it has to be used partly or fully for any damage.
Number of beds: we cannot allow the number of persons staying in a house to be higher of the number of beds initially stated.
Arrival & Departure: your arrival is expected between 4 and 7 pm. Apartments should be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.
Cancellation by the client: the following rates will apply:
30% of the total rent up to 4 months (120 days) before arrival
50% as from the 59th day before the date of arrival
100% as from the 29th day before the date of arrival
Should we manage to rent the apartment partly or fully for the cancelled period we will refund the client accordingly.
IMPORTANT: arrivals after 8 pm will be charged € 30,00 and after midnight € 50,00.
