Weekend Nightly Rates are Friday, Saturday and Sunday, all other days fall under mid-week nightly rates.
Security deposit of £250.00 required per rental period returned within 14 days after rental end.
A 25% deposit is due at time of booking and the balance together with a a £250/€300 breakage / security deposit is due eight weeks before date of arrival. All additional services booked are also to be paid for in full at this time. - Final Clean and Laundry included in rates. Daily maid service available at additional cost, mid-week maid service and towel change available at additional cost. Please enquire.
