Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 20% deposit required with booking. Balance required 8 weeks prior to rental start date. Bank transfers should be made in Swiss Francs or British pound equivalent. Additionally a £500 deposit is required against losses, breakages, damages or additional cleaning. Subject to deductions, this will be returned within 10 days of the final day of the rental period.Rental payments are non-refundable, so holiday insurance is recommended. The rental period is for 1 week from Saturday to Saturday. Keys will be available from 1600 hrs on the start date and the property must be vacated by 1030 hrs on departure day. Alternative start/finish days can be negotiated.
- Swiss Tourist Tax is payable at the Leysin Tourist Office (SFr 3.10 per day for adults, SFr 2.00 per day for ages 7 -16 Years, SFr 1.70 for over 64 years and no charge for under 7 years). This entitles the visitor to a price reduction for sports facilities and other facilities in the region.
