Notes:
The villa is set within 5600 sq metres of land. The pool is 14x7m approximately and heated if required, with an electric cover. There are two dining terraces, one has the barbecue and a wood burning oven. There is also an all-weather tennis court. On the west side of the villa is another terrace table, which captures the evening sun. Below the tennis court is a sheltered, covered, gazebo, away from the main house. Many exotic birds nest and are seen in and around this beautiful garden. In addition to many palm trees, the garden has fruit bushes and other trees, including strawberry guavas, physallis, fig, quince, pear, clementine, orange, lemon, and pomegranate. To the rear and west side of the villa is a vineyard.
Maid service is provided 5 mornings a week (more can be organised). The head maid is an excellent Portuguese cook and is available to prepare meals by private arrangement.
