We have Egyptian cotton sheets, king size beds, fine china and crystal, 10 High Def large screen TV’s 7 DVD Players, FREE LONG RANGE PRIVATE PASSWORD SECURED WIFI, broadband internet, free use of a high powered PC new with every program imaginable including Skype, everything for the beach including the chairs, towels, umbrellas, kids toys, volley ball and a lot more, everything for little kids too like high chairs, strollers, sleeping and play pens etc, Golf clubs, his and her, tennis equipment too.
We have private lighted har-tru tennis courts, walking and jogging trails, gardens, reading rooms, fully equipped exercise room, SAUNA, billiards table, huge lake, sunning decks, and a huge heated communal swimming pool ALL OF THESE ARE 300 meters from our front door and free for your use in our very private community.

- We have 3 bathrooms. All of them FULL. One bathroom is EXTRA LARGE with a separate soaking tub, and a huge walk in shower, and a separate commode “Loo” room. The second bathroom has all custom tiles (all the way to the ceiling), a tub and shower, separate camode room and a Bidet. It also opens into the pool/spa area so it doubles as a cabana. The third bathroom is the service bathroom with a tub and shower and is conveniently located just off the “Great Room” and adjacent to the guest’s bedroom and the “fun” room. - Our home has four bedrooms and a den. 2500SQUARE FEET / 232M2 UNDER AIR EXCLUDING GARAGE ETC. The fully caged Lani area for the pool and spa, BBQ, and Coverd Outdoor Dinning area are another 1,400 SQUARE FEET / 130M2. TWO of the bedrooms are SUITES with KING SIZE(MUCH LARGER THAN DOUBLE SIZE) beds and huge fully equipped bathrooms. The guest room has 2 singles high beds. The 'fun” room as a DOUBLE bed, and 3 single beds. There is also a trundle (pull-out queen size bed). The den can convert to a bedroom as the sofa opens to a queen size bed.
