The price of the property per night is 120 Euros for 1-2 persons sharing. If you stay 10 nights or more there is a 10% discount given
The price for the property is 160 Euros per night for 3-4 persons sharing. If you stay 10 nights or more there is a 10% discount given
The price for the property is 180 Euros per night for 5 persons sharing. If you stay 10 nights or more there is a 10% discount given
There is a 85 euro charge for the professional cleaning that takes place before arrival and for the freshly laundered towels and linen and to be met at the apartment with the keys. This fee is obligatory and is split between the cleaner and the check in staff if you check in before 9pm.
There is an additional 30 euro check in fee after 9pm. - There is an additional 50 euro check in fee after midnight.
How to book:
25% is due at time of booking via pay-pal. You do not need a paypal account to transfer money.
Pay will incur a fee, this is usually about 4% and is the liability of the guest.
The remaining 75% is due on arrival in CASH in EUROS
Please note: If guest are departing your day of arrival check in time is at 4pm, however it is always possible to drop off luggage at 11am and return by 4pm (sometimes earlier) when the apartment will have been cleaned and prepared for you.
Check out time is strictly 11am. We can not store luggage but please see www.lockerbarcelona.com - Full refund of the 25% deposit given if cancellations are made 30 days in advance of arrival. After 30 days, no refund. Prices will not be adjusted if a traveler drops out.
A photocopy of the passport from the person who reserved and booked the apartment will be required on check in. The confirmation of the reservation will also be required.
