We offer a 10% for stays over 7 days - If you wish to reserve the apartment we will ask you to confirm the reservation by a 30% deposit which is not refundable. We will send to you the bank account details for the bank transfer or ,if you wish, you can also send a cheque. Paying the deposit by PAYPAL is also possible. Please note that Paypal charges 4% surcharge on international tr
Once we receive your deposit we will send you more information about the apartment , transport, etc. Please send the remaining balance at least 2 weeks before your arrival is due in Krakow. You can also pay the remaining balance on arrival.
Children welcome but no pets please.
The apartment has internet access for up to five devices, and you will be given a password to use it. The initial charge is 25 PLN payable when you arrive. This gives you 1.25 GB, for a period of one month. If you require more, you can request a top-up. The charges are as follows: 5 PLN - 200 MB. 10 PLN - 248 MB. 25 PLN - 1.25 GB. 50 PLN - 2.75 GB. 100 PLN - 7 - PLEASE NOTE THAT THE APARTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE FROM 1400HRS ON THE DAY OF THE ARRIVAL AND MUST BE VACATED BY 12HRS pm ( NOON) ON THE DEPARTURE DAY.
A LATE CHECK OUT IS POSSIBLE IF THERE ARE NO OTHER GUESTS ARRIVING ON THE SAME DAY. HOWEVER, WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE THAT WHEN THE BOOKING IS MADE AS WE MAY GET A LATE RESERVATION.

- Both bedrooms have comfortable double beds. Bedroom 1 has additional futon. There is an antique wardrobe in Bedroom 2 with storage for hanging clothes as well as shelves for other items. Bedroom 1 has a chest of drawers and a space to hang clothes, too. Double glazed windows and central heating ensure that you will not be cold here in winter; in warmer months, the apartment's thick walls will provide much desirable shelter from the outside heat and noise. Bedroom 2 has two sets of double doors; one leading to the hall and the other to an fantastically spacious living room. In here you will find two comfortable sofas and a big armchair. One of the sofa opens up to a double bed. This is the place where our guests can relax in the evening, watch satellite TV or listen to music. Portable internet connection (PC only) can be arranged.
