We offer 10% discounts for stays over 7 days
If you wish to reserve our apartment we will ask for a 30% deposit which is not refundable. We will send to you the bank account details for the bank transfer or ,if you wish, you can also send a cheque. You can also pay by PAYPAL - please note that there is a 4% surcharge on Paypal international payments. Once we receive your deposit we will send you more information about the apartment , transport, etc. Please pay the remaining balance at least 4 weeks before your arrival is due in Krakow.
Children welcome but no pets please. - PLEASE NOTE THAT THE APARTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE 14:00HRS ON THE ARRIVAL DAY AND NEEDS TO BE VACATED BY 12:00 HRS ON THE DEPARTURE DAY.
IF POSSIBLE , i.e. THERE IS NO ARRIVAL OF OTHER GUESTS ON THE DAY OF YOUR DEPARTURE , A LATER CHECK OUT IS POSSIBLE. HOWEVER, PLEASE REMEMBER THAT WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE THAT OPTION AS WE MAY GET A LATE BOOKING.
