Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A 50% deposit is payable on booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival. A £200 refundable damages deposit is added to the rental rate. This is returned within two weeks of your departure once the flat has been checked. Please add a 15% surcharge for bookings over the Christmas and New Year period. Payment is ideally via Paypal or bank transfer but please note your bank will charge you for this service.
Cancellation policy: The deposit is fully refundable up to 8 weeks before arrival. Once the final balance has been paid, there is no refund.

There is a laundrette just round the corner from the flat where you can drop your washing off and pick it up a couple of hours later all prepared for you at a modest charge. Right next door to the flat is a good supermarket, a chemist, newsagents, a dry cleaners and a Starbucks! Internet access is available through 'BT Openzone' (check the website for details). You just buy the amount of time you need and connect to the Wifi hotspot in the building. For just checking emails, there is an internet cafe in the Kings Road, just five minutes walk from the flat. Bring your Ipod as there is a docking station!
