    -TERMS & CONDITIONS
    1. a substantial welcome pack, all water, electricity and French property taxes included
    2. Clean linen and cleaning of the property is provided per week at €20 per person per week/per stay
    3.Entry is from 4.00 pm until 8.00 pm on arrival day; departure is from 8.00 am to11.00am on departure day.
    4.From September to April a weekend or weekly electric heating charge of 30/70 € will be requested
    5. Insurance: The lesser is strongly advised to take a personnal insurance against damages caused during their stay
  • Rental contract to be signed and a 30 % Non-refundable Deposits payable to confirm booking.
    70 % balance of rent and a 300€ Refundable Security Deposit payable 8 weeks prior to arrival and release of keys.
    If you reserve less than eight weeks prior to arrival you will need to pay in full on reservation.
    Please take out appropriate travel insurance to cover you in case you need to cancel for any reason as these amounts are non-refundable once paid.
    Cancellations will be charged: 50% for 6 weeks, 65% for 4 weeks and full rate for less than 4 weeks prior to booked arrival date.
    The Security deposit will be fully refunded no later than 2 weeks after departure given that no damage payment are due (or immediately in case of cancellation).

  • •WINTER LETS: the apartment has electric heating throughout (including an electric towel dryer in the bathroom) except in the solarium which is facing South and benefits from the sunshine throughout the year. In the dining area there is a log burning fireplace.. In the winter months wood can be purchased locally. Three double duvets are supplied (12 tog) so ensuring that our guests are warm at all times.

  • The bedlinen as well as the furniture have been chosen carefully to enhance the Provencal and rustic style of the duplex . In the main bedroom there is a lovely pine wardrobe with hanging space, a large table with a granit top and a set of shelves in wrought iron . The bedroom on the mezzanine has a pine chest of drawers with 2 large draws for clothes and 2 small ones for personal belongings. The bedroom in the solarium with the 2 seater sofa bed has no storage facility but can use the ample storage provided in the room adjacent to the mezzanine.

Notes: Children are welcome, however might not be suitable for children under 3/4 because of the steep winding stone staircase leading to the second level (See photographs) The flat is on the top 3rd floor with its private entrance which allows people to feel free to leave the door to the flat open allowing them to have access to a large cupboard for groceries, kitchens utensils......... and 2 landings to leave beach items etc...... On the mezzanine there is a door leading to a fairly spacious storing room with the washing machine,lots of room to store suitcases and other items, lots of shelves and hanging space for clothes. There is also a chest of drawers (see photograph) In the solarium/bedroom there is an electric shutter which allows you to sleep late in the morning or relax in the shade in the afternoon. On the terrace there is a built in barbecue with all the necessary equipment but the charcoal is not provided. From the terrace, every evening you can admire breathtaking sunsets.
