Details for Blue Ocean Villa
The chattel house’ design has been conceived to offer our guest a big and brighter open space and also for let them enjoy the very pleasant oceanic breeze constantly present in this part of the island. The apartment is located at the first floor and is built in masonry and Kabakalli wood. Blue Ocean Villa has a very big open-space dining / living / kitchen area fully furnished with all accessories. Three large french doors are faced to the verandah which is equipped with table and 4 chairs, 2 relaxing chairs and a barbecue; from here it’s possible to admire a magnificent sunrise and the ocean (from here the apartment’s name) which is only 70 metres far. From the dining-room you can reach the loft through a wooden staircase where you can find two bed-rooms with mosquito nets. The bathroom is equipped with basin, wc and a very big shower. Blue Ocean Villa can lodge from 1 to 5 people. Free High Speed wireless connection available and Ethernet cable.

Exclusive discounted rates 2013-2014 for all reservations! Cot (0/5 years) is available for all apartments at a 10 us$ supplement per night. Extra person if available at a 30 USD supplement per night in Blue ocean. After sending You an email confirmation with Apartment’s availability in the requested period and its relative costs, we need a written confirmation by You of the booking reservation with the payment of the 50% of the total amount of the stay. The Wire Bank transfer order must be done in $US (US Dollar) in our bank account within one week from the confirmation. The balance payment must be done strictly at the arrival in $US with a legal deposit of 400 USD for Blue Ocean Villa. We do not accept credit cards or different payment methods. - If you will decide to cancel the reservation already confirmed you will have to pay the following penalties:
Until 60 days before the arrival: 50% of the amount already paid + bank expenses (40$US)
From 59 days to 15 days before the arrival: 80% of the amount already paid + bank expenses (40$US)
From 14 days before the arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the amount already paid. - Air Conditioned Supplement is 10 USD per night per bedroom (max 12 hours) and 20 USD per day and night per bedroom (24 hours). A brand new white baby-cot (1/5 years) is available too at a supplement of 10 USD per day including bed-linen, pillow and protections. Free High speed wireless connections available. Bed linen, towels, Gas, Water, Light, Vat and services are included in the prices like also boogie-boards, snorkelling equipment and golf equipment.
We can collect you with a private driver from the airport to the apartment at a charge of 15 US$ per 2 people and 20 USD for 4 people.
Please note that all Apartments are fully equipped and with Kitchenette.

Air Conditioned is available (due to high cost of energy on the island) at a supplement of 10 USD per night per bed-room with 2 independent splits or 20 USD per day and night per bedroom, and you can decide to have it also on the spot. Inside all the Apartments is not aloud to smoke which is possible outside in the Patio, in the deck, in the Verandah or in the garden.

Notes:
We are located 70 meters far from the sea water, 190 meters from the Rescue Beach, 210 meters far from Silver Sands beach and 520 meters from Silver Rock/Point beach. We are also 80 meters from Surfer's Bay which is Bar and Restaurant and also 70 meters far from the sea water. We are 7 minutes far by car from Oistins (where there are the famous Fish Market, shops, markets, banks, gas station etc.) and 15 from San Lawrence Gap where the great night life is, with also good restaurants, bars and shops. We have the nearest bus-stop 300 metres far from the apartments and a 24 hours/day taxi service. There are also 2 small shops/groceries just 5 minutes by walk. The Airport is just 10 minutes far from us by car. We can reserve also a transfer from the airport (the cost is 15 USD per 1/3 people) and car rentals too. We have also a big range of windsurf equipment to rent, kite surf, Sup and surf boards.
