Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Rates are in us dollars, per apartment per night.
  Exclusive discounted rates 2013-2014 for all reservations! Cot (0/5 years) is available for all apartments at a 10 us$ supplement per night. After sending You an email confirmation with Apartment’s availability in the requested period and its relative costs, we need a written confirmation by You of the booking reservation with the payment of the 50% of the total amount of the stay. The Wire Bank transfer order must be done in US Dollar in our bank account within one week from the confirmation. The balance payment must be done strictly at the arrival in $US with a legal deposit of 200 $US for all Apartments except for Blue Ocean Villa which is 400 $US. We do not accept credit cards or different payment mothods.
• If you will decide to cancel the reservation already confirmed you will have to pay the following penalties:
  Until 60 days before the arrival: 50% of the amount already paid + bank expenses (40$US)
  From 59 days to 15 days before the arrival: 80% of the amount already paid + bank expense (40$US)
  From 14 days before the arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the amount already paid.
• Air Conditioned Supplement is 10 USD per night (max 12 hours) and 20 USD per day and night (24 hours). A brand new white baby-cot (1/5 years) is available too at a supplement of 10 USD per day. Free High Speed wireless connections available. Bed linen, towels, Gas, Water, Light, Vat and services are included in the prices.
  We can collect you with a private driver from the airport to the apartment at a charge of 10 US$ per person.
  Please note that all Apartments are fully equipped and with Kitchenette.
