Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rent for the villa is based on 7 nights and includes plenty of nice bedlinen, white towels for the house
and coloured towels for the Beach.
Firewood, Electricity, WiFi and Water is also included.
Cleaning and Linnen are charged with 8€/hour twice a week to be arranged with the cleaners (who are effecient and quite flexible). Final cleaning will be charged approx. 100€.
A security deposit/downpayment for 1500€ must be paid at reservation, please.
This will be returned at your departure. - The full rental rate is to be paid 30 days before arrival.

Guests arriving (uncivilized) late for the keys (after 23h) will be charged an inconvenience cost of 50€
Would you like have someone preparing dinners or lunch for you and your friends ? We can propose to arrange a cook who shops, cooks and delivers you delicious meals for 35€ to 45€ per person (half price for the smallest kids) and a minimum of 100€. The dishes (we have dishwasher) will be your own job… or charged with 50€ extra if you want the cook(s) to stay and clean up. - We want you to have a wonderful holiday in our precious summerhome and we kindly ask you to take care of it as well as you'll see that we do. If anything breaks or gets lost please let us know immediately so we can try fix or replace it.
Please also let us know what basic provisions you’ll need for your arrival, if any. As a wine collecter (and merchant) I have a cellar with some of the best local, Italian and French wines that you may enjoy at cost prices. You’ll only pay for the bottles you open.
There are several flights into Sardinia’s 3 major airports : Cagliari (Elmas), Olbia and Alghero. including Meridiana, Air Berlin, Monarch, AirOne, Lufthansa, SAS, Norwegian, RyanAir, EasyJet, Jet2 and BMI regional. If you would prefer us to book your flights ; car hire or chauffeur please let us know.

- 2 Inside bathrooms with floor heating and with customized shower plates, marble sink and the finest taps fixings. 2 outside bathrooms, rather breathtaking experience 3 outside showers In total 4 WC , 6 showers - all very much design The house (and my wife) are quite organic, so please shower off sand before you go into the house and don’t pour oil, grease or chemicals into the sinks or wc. Please never take our white towels to the beach (the coloured towels are beach towels).

- All 4 bedrooms are with extra large King size double beds (200x180cm extra tall) and brand new mattresses. Designer lighting buy Michele di Lucchi private collection, Artemide and Ingo Maurer. Light and soft wooden floors inside and outside. As the Mediteranians winds can arrive very sudden, please always use the hooks when creating ventilation with the open shutters and doors (close the shutters before the sun hits the glass doors) and close all doors when leaving the house.
