The rental rates per week are between 550 & 990 euros depending on the time of year.
A 30% deposit is required upon comfirmation of booking. Balance required 8 weeks before start of rental date.
A security deposit of 300 Euros, payable by cheque, is required one week before arrival - sent to owner. Returned at end of stay subject to damage and breakages.
Meet and greet and arrival cleaning costs of 190 Euros (which are included in these rental rates) are to be paid in cash to local contact on arrival.
For stays of longer than a week, bed linen and cleaning is provided at a cost of 120 Euros, payable locally.
