Payment can be made by bank transfer into US account, Euro account, UK Sterling account (UK & US Cheque's, Accepted) or by credit card through PayPal. A 2% transaction fee will be added for Credit Card payments.( PayPal )

To reserve we require a non refundable deposit of £200 for each week you are staying (i.e two weeks stay requires £400 deposit) when booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Weeks are not transferable.
Pool / Spa heat can be paid in advance or locally at a cost of $140 ( approx ) per week or $25 per night.
Stays of less than 6 nights will require an additional $120 for house cleaning.
A credit cared security deposit will be required by our agents on arrival to cover against damage.

- All bedrooms have built-in or walk-in closets and a TV or TV/DVD combo The master on suite bedroom has a king bed with a 32' TV & DVD, the on suite has a large bath with a double shower and his & hers wash basins. The downstairs Bedroom has a Queen bed with en suite bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed and is en-suite Bedrooms 4,5 & 6 have twin beds. The 4th bathroom has a separate shower, separate toilet & twin sinks. A fold away cot has also been provided. There is also a sofa bed which sleeps 2.
