Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- THESE PRICES ARE FOR UP TO 10 GUESTS. Add US$75 per night for each adult, and $50 per child, above this number. For very large groups of 15 to 20 there may be a small charge for extra staff.
The price includes a chauffeur driven mini-bus for use during your holiday, airport transfers, a welcome meal, all taxes, and services of the private chef and two maids. More staff for larger groups..
To confirm the booking, we will ask you to pay 25% as a deposit, by bank to bank transfer. A Paypal option is also available to those who want it. The balance is due one month before your holiday. With the Paypal option it must be in Hong Kong dollars, or Thai Baht, and incurs a charge of 4%.
We ask you to pay Lily, our manager, US$800 to $1000 as a security deposit on arrival at the villa. This can be the equivalent in any major currency. She will return it to you at the end of your holiday, presuming there is no damage or breakage. - 25% deposit required on booking, with the remaining balance due at least one month before the holiday.

- The bedrooms are a special feature of this villa, and all are beautiful. Five of them have huge en-suite bathrooms, walk-in wardrobes, separate seating areas and their own private terrace. The fourth bedroom is a large family room which shares the bathroom with bedroom 3. It has a large screen TV, sofas, and children's toys, as well as bunk beds which can be changed to singles, two other single beds, and a queen bed. Also three cots. The sixth bedroom is a very large suite, with twin beds on a mezzanine floor, a king size bed, and extra single, plus lounge area, bathroom, terrace and private garden. Sleeps 5 or more in this room. The seventh bedroom is a double storey guest-house annexe, consisting of a single bedroom downstairs with en-suite bathroom, and a small room with sofa-bed upstairs. Private terrace and magnificent views.
