Once you pay on line using your credit card via secure Google account, you will be sent the confirmation, pin codes and directions to enter the apartment from our Automated booking system. - To make a reservation you need to pay 20% of the rental value as a holding deposit and once you pay you will be sent a confirmation
One month before you arrive you will be sent a reminder to pay the balance Rental (80%), cleaning fee of £35 - £50 and the Security Deposit of £200
Security Deposit is refunded within 3 days of vacating the apartment subject to contract
You need to pay the full security deposit, rent and the cleaning charges in full 1 month before the occupation date
